Large Water Tank
The S1 Pro is equipped with a 1.2L water tank for 3 hours of steam cooking without needing to refill. For extended steam cooking, the steam oven supports up to 5 hours of operation. The water shortage alarm will pause cooking and remind you to refill the water.
