How much does shipping cost for furniture and large home items?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all standard home goods. For oversized furniture, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone, though many items qualify for free shipping if the order exceeds $499.
What is your return policy for home decor?
You can return most unused home decor items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Please note that assembled furniture is generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Do you offer assembly services for your furniture?
Most of our furniture is designed for easy DIY assembly with tools included. However, we partner with third-party assembly services in select cities which can be added to your order for an additional fee at checkout.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Mega Discount Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to see real-time updates on your delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger home purchases, we also offer financing options through Klarna and Affirm.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
