Hitachi’s original preservation extracts air to maintain approx. 0.8 atm*1 of vacuum preservation. This is lower than the regular refrigerator temperature, so your items stored here retain their freshness. The sensor detects temperature changes and adjusts the cooling power to maintain the 2°C temperature in the right lower compartment.*

When storing approx. 1.8kg of vegetables in the Aero-care Vege Compartment (lower case) at a room temperature of approx. 20℃ for 10 days without wrapping or opening/closing the door, the humidity inside the refrigerator will be 62-96%.
